Législation sur le personnel

La législation sur le personnel, composée de la loi (LPers) et des ordonnances correspondantes (OPers, OPlac, OTS) constitue les bases pour la politique du personnel du canton et règle les rapports de travail des collaborateurs et collaboratrices du canton, de l'Université, de la Haute école spécialisée bernoise et de la Haute école pédagogique germanophone. Sont réservées les prescriptions dérogatoires de la législation spéciale concernant en particulier les membres du corps enseignant.
